We, at Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH, are a company rich in tradition employing about 110 people and with a turnover of about €20 million annually.

Our company designs and manufactures custom-tailored hydraulic cylinders and related semi-finished products utilising the most modern CAD, 3D-modelling and design principles.

In cooperation with our partners, we also develop and supply hydraulic systems, including all kinds of piping and controls.

We are specialized in the technologies of:

• Deep hole drilling
• Skiving and roller burnishing
• Honing
• Turning
• Milling
• Automatic and robotic welding
• Assembly of hydraulic cylinders.

Our cor competence is the mechanical processing of high-precision rotationally symmetrical long parts.

This is also closely related to our capacity to manufacture non-hydraulic-related products such as:

• Columns for injection moulding machines or presses
• Rollers for nutrition and paper industry
• Axles for track vehicles.
